Diamyn began his coaching career at Wright State University in 2017 where he specialized in training and tracking the mental side of hitting and pitching. There, he became the first full-time Mental Game Development Coordinator/Director of Peak Performance in college baseball history. 

 Over the past 4 years he has built a following of over 50,000 baseball players and coaches, popularized the concept of the mental game, and has trained thousands of professional, college & high school baseball players how to achieve high level results through mastering the mental side of baseball.
